Professor Randa Reda Mabrouk is a renowned expert in the field of Nutrition, Immunology and Clinical Pathology. She is a medical educator and applies the basis of medical education in her teaching, courses and programs . She designed and implemented the first Accredited Master Degree of Clinical Nutrition for Physicians in the Middle East and North Africa in 2016. She has also designed and instructed the Clinical Nutrition Diploma for Physicians and the Nutrition Diploma for Health Care Professionals at The American University in Cairo. She also served as the Head of the Clinical Nutrition Master Board at the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University from 2016 to 2020, and the director of the nutrition programs at the AUC.
